More than 3300, LHWs, LHSs and other supports staff taken up at higher level for regularization and allocation of financial resources. AJK Family Planning and Primary Health care employees Regularization and Standardization Act 2017 has been approved. The existing allocation of Rs. 520.780 millions were insufficient and creating nuisance for health workers and other allied staff. The was case taken up with Federal Ministry and after long deliberation an additional amount of 190.780 million rupees were allotted to AJ&K; LHW program.

Contribution in improving skilled birth attendance.
Support to other vertical programs (nutrition. immunisation, TB, Malaria e.tc.)
Prevention and treatment of minor ailments.
Initiation of health information sheet about her area.
