Drug Policy

According to DRAP 2012, the rules and regulations regarding the drug policy are as follows,

The Authority may, with the approval of the Federal
Government, by notification in the official Gazette, make rules for carrying out the purposes of this Act.
The Authority may, by notification in the official
Gazette, with the approval of the Board, make regulations, for its internal working and terms and condition of employees not inconsistent with the provisions of the Act or the rules, for the carrying out of its functions under this Act.

We started with 11 Civil Dispensaries and only 30 beds in 1947; the year of independence, and developed a remarkable health infrastructure for the people of Azad Jammu & Kashmir.
