  3. Annual DG Health Clinical Audit of Hospitals.
  4. Introduction of new procurement system.
  5. State and District Pharmaceutical Management Cell made functional.
  6. Integration of Health Management Information System (HMIS)  Web Site Development.
  7. Integration of vertical program run by Federal Govt.
  8. Reforms in Finance/Budget management.
  9. Rationalization of employment of Doctors/Staff at BDA.
  10. Restructuring of Secretariat and Directorate of Health.
  11. Recruitment of HR through NTS.
